Hailey graduated from Aveda Institute of Portland at the top of her class in 2019. She continued her education post graduation by doing an extensive apprenticeship to advance her skills as a stylist behind the chair. She regularly takes classes to stay up to date on today's top trends in order to give each client their desired look. She is also trauma informed and has taken classes to better improve her communication skills. She is informed on how to properly work with people who have PTSD and those who are neurodivergent or deal with touch aversion. Connection and understanding is the first step to a lasting client/stylist relationship. Hailey has used this knowledge to thrive behind the chair and to assist clients with their hair goals. She prioritizes education about maintenance, healthy hair habits and product knowledge to provide customized solutions for every client. She views her work as a true form of art and finds pure joy in helping others feel and look their best! When she’s not working behind the chair you can find her at the dog park with her family and two pups, creating art/crafts or at the farmers markets around Portland. Hailey looks forward to connecting with you and working together to achieve your longterm hair goals.
